Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made prior to arrival date:
•In excess of 30 days: Fully refundable but may incur a maximum 10% administration fee to cover banking and handling charges.
•30 days or less: 50% of deposit is non-refundable.
•15 days or less: Full amount of deposit is non-refundable.
•7 days or less: Total value of accommodation costs will be charged.
Refunds and waiver of cancellation are at the discretion of the management and subject to the ability to re-let the suite.
Spa Cancellation Policy
Cancellations for spa treatments must be received at least 24 hours prior to the appointment time or the full treatment fee will be charged.
